Judgment
O R D E R
Heard Shri Sunil Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Chakrapani Vatsyayan, learned counsel for the respondents are present.
At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant will be satisfied if the Competent Authority is directed to dispose off his representation dated 10.04.2018 (Annexure A-7) within specified period of time.
Learned counsel for the respondents opposes the aforesaid prayer.
In view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant, no useful purpose will be served in keeping this O.A. pending. Therefore, without entering into the merits of this case, the O.A. is disposed of at the admission stage itself with a direction to the authority concerned amongst the respondents to decide the said representation dated 10.04.2018 (Annexure A-7) moved by the applicant by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. The order so passed shall be communicated to the applicant without any delay. No costs.
