ORDER

Ms. Jayashree S Iyer, IRP is present through video conferencing mode. In pursuant to the order passed by this Tribunal on 09.07.2020 wherein Mr. Hitesh Goel was appointed as the Resolution Professional based on an Application filed by the Applicant / REC Ltd. in IA/442/2020 and the same also being communicated to the IBBI for its confirmation.

It is seen from the records of this Tribunal that communication dated 13.07.2020 has been received by the IBBI wherein it has been confirmed by the IBBI stating that there is nothing adverse on record against the Resolution Professional recommended by the CoC and subsequently appointed by this Tribunal.

In view of the order disposing of IA/442/IB/2020; it is not necessary in IA/443/IB/2020 to pass separate orders, which is listed before this Tribunal as an urgent Application for hearing and hence both the Applications stand disposed of.
