Judgment
Heard both learned counsel for the applicant as well as for the respondents.
At the outset, Shri Dharmendra Awasthi, learned counsel for the applicant, submitted that in the present matter he would be satisfied if the representation given by the applicant to the respondents on 08.02.2021, (Annexure A-24), is considered and disposed of within a reasonable time frame.
At this, Shri Ashutosh Pathak, learned counsel, while accepting notice for all the respondents, submitted that in case this representation is to be considered and disposed of in the manner suggested, a period of at least one month would be required in order to do so.
Looking to the limited nature of plea made by the learned counsel for the applicant and without entering into the merits of the case, I deem it appropriate in the circumstance to direct the respondents to consider the representation made to them by the applicant on 08.02.2021, (Annexure A-24), dispose of the same by way of a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law, and convey the same to the applicant within a period of one month of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
Original Application is disposed of at the admission stage accordingly.
There will be no order on costs.
