It is submitted by the brief holder advocate that he has been fully authorised to plead the case before the Court on behalf of Shri Anil Kumar Singh, counsel for the applicant. It is submitted by the counsel that full compliance has been made. Therefore, the applicant does not want to press this OA further.

Therefore, looking to the aforesaid situation the OA No. 86/2019 is dismissed as not pressed. All pending MAs, if any, shall stand disposed of. No costs.
