A pursis from the side of the Petitioner is received requesting the withdrawal of the instant matter.

It is submitted that the instant C.P.(IB) No. 688/2019 was reserved for pronouncement of order on 11.02.2020. However, the parties arrived at settlement and entered into consent terms.

In view of the settlement between the parties, prayer of withdrawal of application is allowed.

Accordingly, the instant C.P.(IB) No. 688/ 2019 is dismissed as withdrawn.
