IA/4389/2021:-By filing this application, the applicant has prayed for withdrawal of IB-558/ND/2020 in terms of settlement arrived in between the parties.
Heard. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner and perused the averment made in the application.
Ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that notice has not been issued as yet and in the meantime, the matter has been settled in between the parties.
Considering the submissions, we permit the applicant to withdraw the Company Petition No. IB-558/ND/2020. Accordingly, the Company Petition No. IB-1831/ND/2019 stands dismissed as withdrawn.
With this, the present application i.e. IA/4389/2021 stands disposed of.
