Judgment
This Original Application (OA) has been filed by the applicant seeking the following reliefs:-
"a. Directing the respondents to place the relevant records pertaining to the present OA before Hon'ble Tribunal for the proper adjudication in the matter.
b. Quash and setting aside the impugned order dt. 01.03.2019 (Annexure A/1) further directing the respondents to release the remuneration of the applicant withheld from Nov. 2018 onwards with all other consequential benefits i.e. the arrears of pay with interest etc.
c. Allow the OA of the applicant with costs.s
d. Any other fit & proper relief may also be granted to the applicant."
At the outset, learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that they have already addressed all the reliefs asked for in this OA by the applicant, which is also admitted by the learned counsel for the applicant.
In view of the above factual position, nothing remains to be decided in this OA and the same is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
