ORDER
Mr. T. Ravichandran, the Learned Counsel appearing for the ‘Appellant’, informs this ‘Tribunal’ that the Instant Company Appeal (AT) (CH) (Ins) No. 244 of 2021, has become an ‘Infructuous’ one and therefore prays for ‘Dismissal’ of the same. Acceding to his said request, the Instant Company Appeal (AT) (CH) (Ins) No. 244 of 2021, is ‘Dismissed’ as an ‘Infructuous’ one. No ‘Costs’.
Before parting with the case, this ‘Tribunal’, makes it latently and patently quite ‘Clear’ that the ‘Withdrawal’ of the Instant Company Appeal (AT) (Ins) No. 244 of 2021, will not preclude the ‘Appellant’, to approach the ‘Adjudicating Authority’ (National Company Law Tribunal, Bengaluru), to seek an ‘Exclusion’ of ‘684 days’, as prayed for, by the Learned Counsel for the ‘Appellant’, to seek ‘Redressal’ of his ‘Grievances’, before the ‘Adjudicating Authority’ (National Company Law Tribunal, Bengaluru), in the manner known to law and in accordance with Law, by filing necessary Interlocutory Application(s), if he so ‘Desires/’Advised’.
