ORDER

05.12.2022: After arguing the matter for quite some time, in the instant Comp. App. (AT)(CH)(Ins) No.423/2022, the Learned Senior Counsel for the ‘Appellant’, seeks permission from this ‘Tribunal’, to withdraw the instant Comp. App. (AT)(CH)(Ins) No.423/2022. Acceding to his said request, the instant Comp. App. (AT)(CH)(Ins) No.423/2022 is ‘dismissed’ as ‘withdrawn’. No Costs.

Before parting with the Case, this ‘Tribunal’, grant ‘Liberty’, to the ‘Appellant’ to move an ‘Interlocutory Application’, seeking an ‘extension of time’ (Other than to ‘six months’ time granted by the ‘Adjudicating Authority’, - National Company Law Tribunal, Bench-I, Hyderabad in IA No.634/2022 in CP (IB) No.97/7/HDB/2018, vide ‘Order’ dated 10.10.2022) and if, a ‘Fresh Interlocutory Application’, is filed by the ‘Appellant’ / ‘Applicant’, within ‘Ten Days’ from ‘Today’, before the ‘Adjudicating Authority’ (National Company Law Tribunal, Bench-I, Hyderabad), then the ‘Adjudicating Authority’ (National Company Law Tribunal, Bench-I, Hyderabad) shall number the same (if it is otherwise in order) and look into the same in a fair, just, and in a dispassionate manner and ‘dispose of ‘, the same after ‘Hearing’ the parties concerned, by adhering to the ‘principles’ of ‘Natural Justice’, of course, ‘uninfluenced’ and ‘untrammelled’, with any of the ‘Observations’, made by this ‘Tribunal’, in this ‘Appeal’.

The said ‘Fresh Interlocutory Application’ shall be ‘disposed of’ by the ‘Adjudicating Authority’ (National Company Law Tribunal, Bench-I, Hyderabad), within ‘Four Weeks’, from the date of ‘receipt’ of a copy of this ‘Order’.
