Before parting with the instant ‘Appeal’ this ‘Tribunal’ makes it abundantly clear that it is open to the ’Appellant’s to raise all factual and legal pleas available for redressal of its grievances before the Appropriate ‘Forum’ where IA/201/2023 in CP(IB)389/BB/2019, of course, in accordance with ‘Law’ and in the manner known to ‘Law’, if so advised.
