Heard Mr. Sachin Chauhan, learned counsel for applicant and Mr. Sameer Sharma, learned counsel for respondents.
This O.A has arisen after action was taken by respondents against the applicant.
It has been argued that this action was the outcome of the sting operation telecast on Aaj Tak News Channel in which 33 officials of the then Sales Tax Department were proceeded against. In a related O.A No. 444/2014, the following order has been passed :-
"We have gone through the judgment and reserved this case for orders. While examining the record, we noticed that identical OA was allowed and case was taken up before the Hon'ble High Court and the matter is pending there. In view of the same until the Hon'ble High Court disposes of the matter, this case is adjourned sine die."
In the light of the circumstances, we are of the view that this case is also to be adjourned sine die till Hon'ble High Court disposes of the said identical matter.
