ORDER
The instant application is filed under Section 94 of the Code seeking initiation of IRP against the personal guarantor of the Corporate Debtor.
Issue notice to the Respondent.
Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that present application is filed by Mr. Rakesh Rameshkumar Shah wherein recommendation of the name of the RP has not been given. Hence, we appoint Mr. Rajendra Jain, having Reg. No. IBBI/IPA-002/IP-N00732/2018-2019/12353 to act as RP, no disciplinary proceeding is pending against the said RP before IBBI.
The interim moratorium shall commence under Section 96 of IBC, 2016 from the date of application. The RP is directed to file report within 10 days.
List the matter on 18.07.2022.
