Judgment
Anand Pathak, J
The applicant has filed this first bail application u/S.439 Cr.P.C for grant of bail. Applicant has been arrested on 16.07.2023 by Police Station- Lateri , District- Vidisha, in connection with Crime No.234/2023, for the offence punishable under Sections 294, 323, 324, 506, 34, 302, 147, 148 and 149 of IPC.
Heard on I.A. No.18415/2023, which is an application for amendment in cause title. Petitioner intends to amend the cause title by inserting correct crime number which is 234/2023. Erroneously, Crime No.231/2023 was written.
Therefore, correct Crime No.234/2023 as well as particular of crimes under which applicant has been punished i.e. under Sections 294, 323, 324, 506, 34, 302, 147, 148 and 149 of IPC is required to be incorporated.The said incorporation is in the interest of justice.
On due consideration, I.A. No.18415/2023 is allowed. Necessary amendments are to be carried out across the Board.
After incorporation of amendments, matter is heard on merits.
After arguing for a while, learned counsel for applicant seeks withdrawal of this application.

Accordingly, the instant application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
