Judgment

This is repeat (second) bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to applicant. Applicant has been arrested on 30.07.2021 in connection with Crime No.616/2021 registered at Police Station Itarsi, District Hoshangabad (M.P.) for commission of offences punishable under Sections 302, 294, 327, 323, 506, 307, 329 and 34 of Indian Penal Code.
Counsel appearing for applicant submitted that first bail application i.e M.Cr.C. No. 59199/2021 filed by applicant was allowed by this Court vide order dated 22.12.2021. However, applicant could not be released on bail because, due to inadvertent mistake on his part, name of applicant was mentioned as Karam Mehra in the cause title in place of Karan Mehra. Applicant had filed an application for modification of said order. As there was no typographical mistake in the order but mistake was committed in cause title, therefore, application for modification of order was not considered and applicant has filed repeat bail application on behalf of applicant.
Heard the counsel for the parties.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, bail application filed by the applicant is allowed. It is directed that applicant Karan Mehra be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) along with one solvent surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial Court concerned.
The applicant shall abide by the conditions enumerated in Section 437(3) of the Cr.P.C.
