Learned Counsel Ms. Noopur Dalal appeared for the Financial Creditor.
It is brought to our notice that Corporate Debtor has already been admitted in CIRP in CP(IB) 138/2020 vide order dated 08.10.2020. Hence, this application stand disposed-off with the liberty to Financial Creditor to approach to RP/IRP in that proceeding with his claim. In case, CIRP proceeding in that matter is set aside then the Financial Creditor is at liberty to get this proceeding revived again.
Accordingly, CP(IB) 341/2020 stands disposed-off.
