Application is registered based on a complaint received by post
Grievance in this application is against encroachment of green space in Subhalay Vihar Colony, E8 Extension, Bawadia Kalan, Bhopal, M.P. It is stated that the green space in the colony is used as park for the children which is in the process of being illegally sold in violation of the approved plan. Any encroachment in the green space has to be removed to protect the rights of the inhabitants and proposed sale injuncted.
In view of above, let a joint committee of Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Bhopal, District Magistrate, Bhopal, DFO, Urban Forestery, Bhopal and the State PCB look into the grievance and take remedial action, as per law. State PCB will be the nodal agency for coordination and compliance.
A compliance report may be filed with the Registrar General of this Tribunal within one month by e-mail at [email protected] preferably in the form of searchable PDF/ OCR Support PDF and not in the form of Image PDF.
Subject to above, the application is disposed of.
A copy of this order along with a copy of the complaint be forwarded to Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Bhopal, District Magistrate, Bhopal, DFO, Urban Forestery, Bhopal and the State PCB by e-mail for compliance.
