This is a Civil Writ Petition filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of order dated 04.10.2022 (Annexure P-1) passed by respondent No.2 as well as order dated 14.06.2017 (Annexure P-2) passed by respondent No.3 and order dated 16.12.2016 (Annexure P-3) passed by respondent No.4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that since, by virtue of impugned order dated 04.10.2022, revision petition filed by the petitioner has been partly allowed and the orders dated 14.06.2017 and 16.12.2016 have been set aside and the matter had been remanded back thus, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to take up all the points which have been raised in the present writ petition before the authority to whom the matter had been remanded back.
In view of the above, the present Civil Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
