Judgment
Heard learned counsel for both the parties.
Learned proxy counsel for the applicant Shri Sudhanshu Srivastava is submitting that the representation of the applicant dated 11.10.2021 (Annexure No. 10) for appointment on compassionate grounds needs to be decided upon by way of a reasoned and speaking order in a timeframe.
Learned counsel for the respondents' objects to the same and submits that as per respondents' circular of 09.04.2019, it is decided to keep compassionate ground appointment in abeyance for three years and the three year period has not yet elapsed and so the case of the applicant would be decided as per time.
Given the facts and circumstances and since the only submission of learned counsel for the applicant is for decision on the representation dated 11.10.2021, it is directed that the respondents shall decide the representation dated 11.10.2021 (Annexure No. 10) by way of a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law, within a period of 08 (Eight) weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. The decision shall be communicated to the applicant forthwith.
It is made clear that no comments as to merits of the case have been passed.
Original Application is disposed of accordingly.
No costs.
