ORDER
Matter heard finally with the consent of both parties.
It appears that on 30.08.2021 a representation was submitted by Ajay Kumar to the respondents for compassionate appointment. It is submitted by counsel for applicant that the aforesaid representation has not been decided by the respondents till today. More than one year has been passed.
Therefore, after consideration it is directed that the respondents will decide the aforesaid representation within a period of four months from the date of receiving of certified copy of this order along with the copy of representation 20.08.2021 (Page-19) annexed with the documents mentioned in the aforesaid representation.
The copy of aforesaid representation and the copy of certified order of this court will be submitted to the respondents by the applicant himself and the period of four month will be start from the aforesaid date of submission.
The OA is disposed of with such direction. No cost.
