ORDER
We note that vide order dated 24.01.2023, this Tribunal had directed to the RP to appear before this Bench failing which the conduct of the RP would be intimated to IBBI for taking appropriate disciplinary proceedings against the RP. Despite direction the RP has not bothered to appear before this Bench. One last and final opportunity is given to the RP, Mr. Ashish Lal to appear before this Tribunal failing which appropriate disciplinary proceedings would be recommended to IBBI against the RP. Registry is directed to communicate this order to RP, Mr. Ashish Lal. List on 01.03.2024.
