ORDER
No one appear on behalf of the Applicant as well as RP. Even court notice was also sent to the RP and he has not appeared before this Tribunal and has also not complied with the earlier order in toto. It is thus clear that parties are not interested in pursuing the matter and they have also not complied with earlier direction of this Tribunal. We take serious view about the conduct of the RP. Accordingly, we recommend the IBBI to take appropriate disciplinary action against the RP. Let a copy of this order be sent to the IBBI for appropriate action(s). Main matter as well as IA/5678/ND/2022 is dismissed for non-compliance and non-prosecution.
