Judgment

When the matter is called out, learned advocate for the applicant is not present.
RULE. Learned APP waives service of rule for the respondent-State.
The present application has been preferred by the applicant through his wife to release him on temporary bail for a period of 30 days on the ground of providing medical treatment to his wife.
The jail record indicates that this Court vide order dated 27.04.2023, passed in Criminal Misc.Application No.7259 of 2023 has ordered to release the present applicant on temporary for the period of 7 days in another offence.
Learned APP has opposed the present application.
Taking into consideration the grounds urged in this application, the applicant-convict is ordered to be released on temporary bail for a period of 1 (One) Week from the date of his actual release on the applicant’s furnishing personal bond of Rs.10,000/- to the satisfaction of the concerned authority, on usual terms and conditions.
The applicant-convict shall surrender before the concerned jail authority on expiry of the temporary bail period. Rule is made absolute accordingly.
Direct service is permitted.
