ORDER
The matter is taken up through Virtual Hearing (VC). Ld. Counsel Mr. Minil Shah appeared for the Financial Creditor. Ld. Counsel Mr. Shyam Kapadia appeared for the Corporate Debtor. Both the counsels submitted that subsequent to the Order was reserved in the month of April, 2021, the Corporate Debtor has given a pay order dated 28.04.2021 for an amount of approximately Rs. 3.30 crores and the same has been encashed by the Financial Creditor which was confirmed by the Counsel for the Financial Creditor. They have also filed a withdrawal memo and consent terms dated 18.05.2020. In view of the submissions made by the counsel for both the parties, permission is granted to withdraw the Petition. Accordingly, C.P.(IB)-4110(MB)/2019 is disposed of as withdraw. File be consigned to records.
