ORDER

The matter is taken up through Virtual Hearing (VC). Ld. Counsel Ms. Pooja Deshmukh appeared for the Operational Creditor and None appeared from the side of the Corporate Debtor. Counsel has filed a withdrawal pursis dated 10.05.2021 wherein it is stated that total outstanding amount of Rs. 6,33,179/- has been received i.e the amount claimed in the petition as full and final settlement therefore, this withdrawal pursis is filed in the C.P.(IB)-3590(MB)/2019. Heard, perused withdrawal pursis accordingly C.P.(IB)-3590(MB)/2019 is disposed of as withdrawn and file be consigned to records.
