ORDER
The Petitioner is represented through their respective Learned Counsel(s).
Learned Counsel of the Petitioner filed pursis with a request to withdraw IB petition, in view of matter is settled out of Court.
The Operational Creditor/Petitioner has received Rs. 26,16,623/- as full and final settlement amount of its debt, in support of withdrawal of pursis. A copy of the minutes of meeting dated 22.07.2018 is enclosed particular that above stated amount has been received by the Operational Creditor/Petitioner from the Corporate Debtor (Respondent ).
In view of this nothing survives in the present matter accordingly, CP(IB) 396/2019 is dismissed as settled out of Court and withdrawn.
