ORDER
The Petitioner is represented through their respective Learned Counsel(s).
Learned Counsel of the Petitioner filed pursis with a request to withdraw IB petition, in view of matter is settled out of Court. The Operational Creditor/Petitioner has received Rs. 35,00,000/- as full and final settlement amount of its debt, in support of withdrawal of pursis, in view of this Petitioner seeks to withdraw the present IB petition.
We are of the view that the matter has been full and final settled for an amount of Rs. 35,00,000/-, hence, nothing survives in the present matter.
Accordingly, CP(IB) 119/9/NCLT/AHM/2019 is dismissed as settled out of Court and withdrawn.
