ORDER
The Parties are represented through their respective Learned Counsel/PCS(s).
Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner filed a pursis informing that the matter has been settled out of Court, hence the Operational Creditor has received Rs. 8,35,090/- from the corporate debtor Company as full and final settlement amount of its claim, in support of this the corporate debtor also filed an Affidavit confirming above stated facts.
Therefore, in our view, nothing survives in the present IB petition.
Accordingly, the CP(IB) 357/2019 is dismissed as withdrawn and settled out of Court. No order as to costs.
