Judgment
This petition is filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking quashment of the order in Crl.M.P.No.537 of 2025 in D.V.C.No.7 of 2023 dated 03.06.2025 passed by the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Rajanna Siricilla District.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.Boosa Shivachandra, learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition with a liberty to file appropriate application, if at all the petitioner makes out any case.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition (SR) is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for.
Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
