This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 and 2, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 corresponding to Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 2 in P.R.C.No.15 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Pulivendula, which arose out of Cr.No.26 of 2023 of RK Valley Police Station, YSR Kadapa District.
Learned counsel representing Sri D.Purnachandra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to file fresh petition as per law.
Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the State is in attendance.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to file fresh petition as per law.
As a sequel thereto, the interlocutory applications, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
