Judgment
Per: P.Madhavan, Judicial Member
This is an Original Application filed seeking the following reliefs: "i) Set aside Annexure A-5 communication issued by the 4th respondent.
ii) Direct the respondents to continue the service of the applicant at the office of the 2nd respondent till her deputation period expires
iii) Such other and further reliefs as deemed fit and proper for this Hon'ble Tribunal to grant in the facts and circumstances of the case.
iv) Grant costs to the applicant. "
When the matter came up for admission hearing, Adv.Mr.P.Vijayakumar takes notice on behalf of respondent nos.2 to 4 and Adv.Mr.K.I.Mayankutty Mather takes notice on behalf of respondent no.1.
Learned counsel for respondent nos.2 to 4 submits that the order has been cancelled and the Original Application has become infructuous. Counsel for the applicant is also satisfied.
In view of the cancellation of the order, this Original Application has become infructuous. Hence, the Original Application is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
