Sathish Ninan, J.

The issue involved in the writ petition was centered around a room occupied by the Karikkad Small Scale Coir Mats and Mattings Producers Co-operative Society. There were liquidation proceedings in respect of the said Society. The liquidation proceedings are not being completed and the room handed over to the writ petitioner, was the grievance voiced in the writ petition.

The 2nd respondent in the writ petition-The project officer filed a counter affidavit wherein it was stated, “Records and articles of the Society have already been removed from the building of the Society by the Liquidator.” The writ petition was disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to hand over the key of the said room. In the judgment it was noticed that the Review Petitioner Society is functioning in the adjacent room and that there appears to be a dispute between the parties over the title over the room in question. The dispute on title with regard to the room, was left open to be agitated before the appropriate forum in appropriate proceedings. The direction to hand over the key is not to be taken as a finding on the title over the room in question.

No further clarifications/directions are called for. The Review Petition is accordingly closed.
