Judgment
For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The needful be done within three weeks from the resumption of normal court working.

Mr. Bhanu Jasrotia, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondent.
During the course of arguments learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has filed the present application as the Court of learned
Additional Sessions Judge, Rajouir disposed of his bail application vide order dated 21.05.2021 without going into the merits of the same.
The court after hearing both the sides is of the view that the application filed for grant of bail before the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge,
Rajouri has been disposed of without going into the merits of the case.
The present application can be disposed of with the direction to the Additional Sessions Judge, Rajouri to decide the application filed by the petitioner
before the said court afresh on merits. Till the matter is decided by the court the interim bail earlier granted in favour of the petitioner by the said court
shall remain in operation. The bail application shall be taken up by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rajouri on 2nd of June, 2021. It is made clear
that this court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case while disposing of the present petition.
