The instant application has been filed by the petitioners seeking extension of time for filing the affidavit, stamp and court fee etc in support of petition. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed.

The petitioners shall do the needful within a period of three days, when the normal functioning of the Courts begins.

Application is, accordingly, disposed of.

Mr. Aseem Sawhney, AAG accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

Issue notice to respondent No. 3, to be served through respondent No. 2. For that purpose, notice be sent to respondent No. 2 through e-mail for service of respondent No. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners shall provide soft copy of the petition to Mr. Aseem Sawhney within two days. After receipt thereof, Mr. Sawhney shall file the status report/objections by the next date of hearing.

List on 02.11.2020.

Meanwhile, till next date before the Bench, investigation shall continue but the challan shall not be produced without prior permission of this Court.
