Judgment
No one is present at the time of virtual hearing. We have gone through the order dated 12.03.2020 passed in this matter and opportunity was afforded to the Counsel for the Operational Creditor to take appropriate steps for filing an application for withdrawal of the matter in view of the settlement arrived before the Delhi Mediation Centre. The Counsel for the Operational Creditor has not taken any steps and has not filed any rationale in continuing with this matter. Therefore we do not find any continuity with the matter when especially the parties are not present on the dates of hearing and subsequently order for filing withdrawal application. The matter is therefore dismissed without cost.
