ORDER
Mr. Arnav Kumar, appearing for the IRP makes a statement on instructions the IRP has received fees of Rs. 32,500/-. The application was filed under Section 12A for withdrawal of IB-1727/ND/2019. The application was perused and statements of the parties were recorded in the order dated 08.09.2020.
Considering the submission made and documents on record, we allow the application, thereby IB-1727/ND/2019 is withdrawn and disposed of.
IRP is discharged and the statement is made by IRP that he had not taken possession of any assets or documents of the Corporate Debtor.
