Application filed under Section 12A of the Code seeking withdrawal of main (IB)-284/(ND)/2019. IRP is relieved from acting as IRP of the Corporate Debtor. The ex-management may take in control of the Corporate Debtor. Any information/records/assets of the Corporate Debtor shall be returned to the ex-management within three days by IRP.
