O R D E R
Ld. Counsel for the Financial Creditor appeared. Ld. Counsel for the applicant, one of the Directors of the suspended Board of Directors of the Corporate Debtor, appeared. No one appeared on behalf of the Ld. Resolution Professional.
Though the Resolution Professional did not appear, but the Ld. Counsel for the Financial Creditor submits that the fees of the RP have been paid. It is submitted by both the Ld. Counsel that the matter is settled out of the Tribunal and the Ld. Counsel for the Financial Creditor seeks permission to withdraw the matter. Permission is granted. IA (IB) No. 880/KB/2020 is allowed and disposed of. C.P. (IB) No. 1603/KB/2019 is also disposed of with liberty to the Financial Creditor to have the petition revived in case the settlement fails.
The Registry is directed to send e-mail copy of the order forthwith to all the parties inclusive of the Counsel.
Certified copy of this order, if applied for, be issued upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
