Judgment
CA No.1630/C-III/ND/2020 filed IB-1207/ND/2019 :
It is submitted by the Resolution Professional that the matter has been settled between the parties and the Application has been filed in the prescribed Form; the RP and the Operational Creditor have attached the copy of Affidavit dated 26.2.2020 wherein under Para-3, the details with regard to the Settlement have been provided.
In view of it, it is prayed to recall the Order dated 17th December, 2019 and to permit to withdraw IB-1207/ND/2019. Therefore, the Order dated 17th December, 2019 is hereby recalled, Moratorium declared shall ceased to have effect from the date of passing of this Order. It is noted that the expenses and the remuneration of the IRP have already been paid. The Corporate Debtor is free from CIR Process and can carry on the day to day affairs as usual entity. The IRP stands relieved.
CA is allowed, consequently, IB-1207/ND/2019 is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
