Judgment
This pertains to C.P. (IB No.1004/ND/2019) which was admitted on 27th November, 2019 initiating CIR Process against M/s. Compare Infobase Limited. However, the Operational Creditor and Corporate Debtor have entered into Settlement on 30.11.2019. A copy of the Deed of Settlement is placed on record.
The Resolution Professional Mr. Navneet Arora has filed the present Application, based on the Deed of Settlement between the parties. It has been submitted by the RP that no Public announcement has been made as the matter was settled between the parties. In view of, the Order dated 27.11.2019 is recalled. The moratorium declared shall cease to have effect from the date of order. The IRP is relieved, the Company viz. M/s. Compare Infobase Limited is free from the rigorous of CIR Process which may carry on day to day affairs as a normal entity. The original Application i.e. CP (IB No.1004/ND/2019) is withdrawn and dismissed.
