This Memorandum of Criminal Petition is filed under Section 483 (1)(b) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) praying this Court to relax the condition No.3 imposed on the petitioner-accused No.2 vide orders dated 18.07.2026 passed by the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Huzurnagar, in Crl.M.P.No.257 of 2026 in Crime No.24 of 2026.

Heard Sri D.V.Ramana Sarma, learned counsel for the petitioner - accused and Sri D.Arun Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner – A2 is enlarged on bail on 17.07.2026 vide Crl.M.P.No.257 of 2026 in Crime No.24 of 2026 of PS Mattampally, Suryapet District on conditions. Condition No.3 is that the accused No.2 is directed to appear before the concerned Station House Officer, PS Mattampally on every Saturday between 10.00 a.m. to 05.00 p.m. till filing of the charge sheet.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has filed written instructions of Sub Inspector of Police, Mattampally P.S., Suryapet District, dated 13.08.2026, wherein it is stated that the petitioner – A2 is attending before the SHO as per the orders of the learned Trial Court and cooperating with the investigating agency.

Petitioner – A2 is a RPS constable, he is complying with the conditions imposed by the learned Trial Court in Crl.M.P.No.257 of 2026 in Crime No.24 of 2026 of PS Mattampally, dated 17.07.2026.

In view of the written instructions of Sub Inspector of Police, Mattampally P.S., Suryapet District, dated 13.08.2026, condition No.3 in Crl.M.P.No.257 of 2026 in Crime No.24 of 2026 of PS Mattampally, dated 17.07.2026 is relaxed.

Crl.P.No.12906 of 2026 is allowed.

Miscellaneous petition/s, pending if any, shall stand closed.
