The applicant filed OA No. 4115/2017 which was disposed of with certain directions on 14.01.2020. One of the applicants filed CP No. 162/2020 and four applicants filed CP No. 116/2020, alleging that the order was not complied with.

Today, it is represented by the learned counsel for the respondents that six applicants were issued orders of appointments for the post of Physical Education Teacher on 21.10.2020. Hence, the order passed by this Tribunal stands complied with.

We close both the CPs. There shall be no order as to costs.
