Judgment
As per pleadings on record, petitioner applied for the post of Assistant Block Resource Coordinator. Having been selected, the petitioner was
appointed and allotted the place of posting/station at Government Senior Secondary School, Fatehpur Billoch, Block Ballabgarh, District Faridabad.
The short grievance raised in the instant petition is that after completion of selection process, online preferences were invited for allocating stations
on cluster basis and the petitioner had given five preferences pertaining to Jind cluster.
It has been argued that the respondent/authorities have not taken into consideration the online preferences furnished by the petitioner.
Having heard counsel for the petitioner at length and having perused the pleadings on record, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition in
terms of granting liberty to the petitioner to pursue his grievance as regards place of posting with the Director, State Project, Haryana School Shiksha
Priyojna Prishad, Panchkula.
Disposed of.
