Judgment
As per pleadings on record, petitioner applied for the post of Assistant Block Resource Coordinator and having successfully negotiated the selection
process was offered appointment.
Counsel submits that the second respondent i.e. the Haryana School Shiksha Priyojana Prishad, Panchkula had sought online preferences for
allocating stations/postings. The petitioner is stated to have submitted six preferences online.
The short grievance raised in the petition is that the respondent/authority has acted against the object and purpose of inviting preferences and
thereby has issued a posting order at Government High School Nunera, Block Sohna, Gurugram and which forms a part of cluster not in confirmity to
the preference that had been submitted.
It is the categoric assertion made by counsel that there are vacancies available even as of date in the cluster for which the petitioner had submitted
the preference.
In the light of the short issue raised in the instant petition, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to respondent No. 2 to
consider the claim of the petitioner and to thereafter take steps as he may deem fit and warranted in accordance with law.
Disposed of.
Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
