ORDER
The Petitioner is represented through learned counsel.
The Ld. Lawyer appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that an IB Petition filed under section 7 has already been admitted against the Corporate Debtor i.e. Khushbu Vinyl Pvt. Ltd. in CP(IB) 60/2019 on 19.07.2019. In view of that, he is not pressing the instant petition and filed a pursuance to withdraw the instant petition.
The Petitioner is at liberty to put their claim before the IRP/RP.
Accordingly, CP(IB) 274/2019 is dismissed as withdrawn.
