Learned counsel for the applicant mentions the matter at the end of Board states that he is informed recently that the Corporate Debtor Siddhi Vinayak Ploymers Pvt. Ltd. is already undergoing CIRP. Incidentally the RP acting for the Corporate Debtor is present Mr. Brij Kishore Sharma and confirms the same. Hence, the present application becomes infructuous learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to file claim and the directions that his claim may be accepted by the RP, since his claim will be filed beyond 90 days. Learned counsel further undertakes to file claim within three days. Let the claim be filed before RP though beyond prescribed period of 90 days and the RP who is present in person is directed to accept if filed as directed then the same be adjudicated as per law.
Application is disposed off in terms of above order.
