ORDER
The matter is taken up through virtual hearing.
Counsel appearing for the applicant is present. The petitioner failed to serve the notice on the respondent through substituted service as ordered by this tribunal on 27.09.2019. The counsel appearing for the applicant requested for extension of time for complying the order and assured to file appropriate application for adjournment for complying the order during the course of the day.
