Even on the last date of hearing, proxy counsel for the petitioner had appeared and it was stated that Mr. Arun Luthra, arguing counsel has joined the office of Advocate General, Punjab and he had sought some time to seek instructions to appear on behalf of the petitioner, but today neither proxy counsel has appeared nor any representative on behalf of the petitioner-operational creditor is present. It seems that petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition. Thus, the same is dismissed for want of prosecution.
