It has been observed that the petitioner is absent not only today but also on previous occasion on 21.02.2022. Thereafter the matter could not be taken up due to paucity of time. On 29.08.2022 also the petitioner was absent. The continuous absence of the petitioner clearly shows that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the above Petition. Accordingly, the above Company Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
