O R D E R

By Hon’ble Mr. Justice Om Prakash VII, Member (J)

Shri Utkarsh Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Chakrapani Vatsyayan, learned counsel for the respondents are present.

2.

Referring to relief clause (para 8 b) learned counsel appearing for the applicant that the applicant submits that the applicant will be satisfied if authority concerned amongst the respondents is directed to consider and decide the representation dated 11.04.2016 (Annexure No. 3) said to have been moved by the applicant before the authority concerned, in a time bound manner.

3.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents has opposed the prayer made by learned counsel appearing for the applicant by submitting that the applicant was sleeping after making representation and he did not approached the competent authority nor approached the Tribunal for relief. Thus, the prayer made by the applicant for deciding his representation cannot be accepted.

4.

We have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records.

5.

In view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel appearing for the applicant, no useful purpose will be served in keeping this O.A. pending. Therefore, without entering into the merits of this case, the O.A. is disposed of with a direction to the authority concerned amongst the respondents to decide the said representation dated 11.04.2016 (Annexure No. 3) moved by the applicant by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. It is made clear that we have not entered into the merits of the case.

6.

With the above direction the OA is disposed of. No costs.
