ORDER
The Parties are represented through their respective Counsel(s).
The counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant submits that the applicant, i.e. the operational creditor, does not wish to proceed with the present matter, as the matter has been settled out of Court. He informs that the Petitioner has already received an amount of Rs.11,67,900/-, towards settlement.
In view of this, the present memo for withdrawal of the present IB Petition is accepted and taken on record.
Consequently, the present IB Petition, i.e., TP 198 of 2019 [CP (IB) No. 370 of 2019, is disposed of as withdrawn.
